In
many an Industry, the usage of Graphs in several forms serve
as an in valuable management tool. Indeed the movement in
one’s graphs also allows for forward planning, contingency
measures to be taken if necessary and in the main, progress
of the organization. Well, at least this is true for us at
KZN Oils.
And so, with the graphs that follow we have
observed clear progression from the early days of KZN Oils
and as to where are now, with regard to the movement of Fuels
and Lubricants.
A constant control and process of recording
our sales via graphs has been a strong marketing and motivational
drive force, and just looking at the figures from 1998 onwards
clearly demonstrates this.
Apart from the more tangible value coming
out of the increased sales, for us it has been even more meaningful
given the challenges of entering the Oil and Fuel Industry
as a disadvantaged business.
Therefore, the several figures shown are
reflective of KZN Oils’ serious commitment within the
broader context, as this also shows that growth is inevitable
provided there is lots of effort and hard work of course,

over the four and a half year period as a basis for projection
planning, part of our success has also been the attainment
of “Schedule C” Status. |
